Self-Care: Insomnia
Many of our clients suffer from insomnia, especially over the last 5 years. Here’s a few tips that may help:
Still Point Inducer – Using this tool before bed can help regulate your nervous system and assist in a peaceful night’s sleep! You can purchase a Still Point Inducer from the MFR Center.
You can also use a CranioCradle or Massage Balls, also available at the MFR Center.
If any of these tools feel too hard on your head, just put a hand towel on them!
