Your treatment plan may include:
- First appointment for analysis, consultation and treatment.
- 4-6, possibly 8 sessions to retrain your body.
- Daily stretches at home to continue to retrain your body (see PRODUCTS page).
- Possible strengthening suggestions such as yoga, Pilates, etc., once your body is ready.
- Determination for your health maintenance, depending on your own self-care.
Even if you don’t feel much change after your first session, we do suggest continue with your daily stretches and come back in for at least 2-3 additional sessions. Feel free to switch between therapists, as different therapists can have difference thoughts on multiple ways to assist with your healing.
